Wanted to share this interval run #WWKHD

Happy Thursday!

I did this run post arm training this morning..... thought you might like it!  It was posted by Nicole Wilkins a few days ago.

Quick and gets the hrat pumpin! Let me know how you do!

  • 5min walk for warmup
  • 10min run at 7.0mph
  • 10min sprints: 1min 4.0, 1min 10-12.0mph
  • 10min incline walk 3.5mph at 15% incline
  • 5min cool down
