Ingredients:

  1. 50 grams Wheat or Oat Bran (dry measure)
  2. 1 tbsp psyllium husk
  3. 2 tbsp whole flax seeds
  4. Cinnamon and stevia (to taste)
  5. 1 scoop whey protein vanilla (28 gram)
  6. 1cup sugar free almond milk or water

Directions: Mix wheat or oat bran, psyllium, whey, cinnamon/stevia  in a bowl. Heat almond milk or water in microwave for 2 minutes, then stir and add flax stir again.

Most of you know that I am a chocolate and pnut butter lover! I am always creating healthy versions of my favorite treats! These are a hit! Yummers!

Ingredients:
  • 2 scoops chocolate whey protein
  • 3 truvia packets 
  • 1.5 cups of liquid egg whites (Mix well)
  • Natural pnut butter
Recipe:
  • Use a cupcake pan mine makes 6 medium cups
  • cut aluminum foil and press it into each of the cupcake holes
  • Fill the cups half way then freeze 20 min
  • add 1/2 tbs of natural pnut butter to each
  • fill the cups covering the pnut butter and freeze 30 more minutes

Honestly this cake is a dieters dream. It is filling and will conquer any chocolate craving. It is packed with protein and fiber!

I can only stand behind this cake if you follow the recipe exactly and use the exat ingredients!!

How to make:

  • Use a small ceramic bowl
  • Add 3 tbsp of water & 4 tbsp of egg-whites
  • Mix in the following ingredients   
    • 1 scoop of Gaspari Intrapro Chocolate
    • 2 tbsp of PB2
    • 1 tsp ground psyllium husk
    • 2 packets of TruVia
  • Heat in microwave for 1min and 5 seconds (NO MORE-NO LESS)

If you don't mind extra calories spread your fav nut butter on top! So yummy! :)

This is my favorite winter salad. It is warm and so yummy! I hope you enjoy!

Ingredients: 

  • 6oz grilled chicken breast
  • 1tsp garlic powder
  • 1tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp of low sodium fajita mix
  • 1 cup chopped peppers and onions
  • Large bowl romaine salad
  • 2 tbsp balsamic (if needed)

Directions:

Sauté chopped onions and peppers in a large pan, add in spices and grilled chicken breast, toss with romaine and 2 tbsp of balsamic (if needed- I like it plain)

Ingreadients:

  • 1 1/2 cup of chopped onions and peppers
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic 
  • 1/4 cup  low sodium soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup low sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tsp. tomato paste 
  • 3 lbs. extra lean ground turkey or chicken breast
  • 1 cup quick cooking oats
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 cup reduced sugar ketchup 

 Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees and prep a 9 X 13 Pyrex dish with non-stick spray.
  2. Saute onions and peppers with spices for 3-5min
  3. Add fresh garlic, soy sauce, chicken broth and tomato paste for 3min then let cool
  4. Mix ground turkey or chicken, egg whites, oats and sautéed mixture (cooled) by hand 
  5. Press flat into the 9 X 13 prepare 
  6. Spread  ketchup on top  
  7. Bake for 1 hour and 20 min

Dieters Dessert- Protein Popsicles
Here is what you will need: 
  • 1 cup egg whites (make sure it is pre-packaged, pasteurized liquid egg whites)
  • 2 scoops chocolate whey protein powder (or any flavor of your choice)
  • sweetener (optional)- splenda or stevia to add some sweetness
Blend all ingredients together in a blender and pour mixture into popsicle mold and freeze overnight. My Popsicle mold made 4 posicles.

This feels and taste like bread. If you dont mind the extra calories spread your favorite nut butter on top.

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup of olive oil 
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1tsp salt
  • 1 tablespoon of stevia
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 1eggs 
  • 4 egg whites 
  • 2 cups flax 
  • 1 tablespoon psylium

Directions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Mix dry, then mix wet, then mix together and let sit for a few
  • Spread in flat pan 1/2 inch thick in a standard size pan 
  • Bake for 20 min

Once cool cut into desired size. I cut mine into 8 squares. Each square is approx 200 calories, 10 fat (good fat omega 3), 10 pro, 15 carbs (all fiber)
