About Me

Hi my name is Kandace. My short hand bio on most of my profiles describes me as a FitLife Coach, athlete, and strategist. 

As your FitLife Coach, I am committed to you and your goals! Together we will do what it takes to achieve your goals. I plan and provide the road map to your success. You execute, day in day out give your best. I will be here guiding you through the process and providing the support and motivation you need!

As an athlete, I live FitLive 365! I push past limits, set goals and blow past them! My drive & discipline are my differentiators. I deal with the same challenges you do and tackle them head on! 

My professional background as a strategist drives this business and the FitLife brand FORWARD! I am innovative and determined to do what I luv... help you become the best you possible!

I am girl who strives to have it all. I have always believed that you can accomplish anything you put your mind to! For me this is often means that I am...... running 100 miles and hour, thinking about how I can solve 32 different problems, internalizing to connect the dots, questioning the "why" around every task, challenging myself to think bigger, pushing mental blockers to grow, and trying to look good, feel good while doing it.

Health and fitness have always been a fundamental part of my life. I grew up with dance, gymnastics, and cheer leading. I was raised in a home where healthy balanced meals were the norm. My Mom was a great role model, she balanced work and raising two girls all while looking fabulous! :) One thing I learned from watching her is that you have to  TAKE TIME FOR YOU!

You can "have it all" or "do it all" if you are healthy (mind, body, soul) and happy(confident, encouraged, mentally sound). If you take care of you... then you can take care of everyone and everything else! If you don't, well then you may manage for a short time. But soon things will spiral out of control. 

So that is what this blog is for. To keep me and you honest :)
