When you stop making progress its time for a reality check! Are you on plan? Not close to plan or almost on plan but really ON PLAN! Evaluate your current behavior. Are you adding food that are not on your plan. Are your serving sizes on point? Double check, write it down, calculate everything. Make sure you are following your plan to the T. Numbers don't lie. Being close to on plan and on plan are very different.
