Ingredients:

  1. 50 grams Wheat or Oat Bran (dry measure)
  2. 1 tbsp psyllium husk
  3. 2 tbsp whole flax seeds
  4. Cinnamon and stevia (to taste)
  5. 1 scoop whey protein vanilla (28 gram)
  6. 1cup sugar free almond milk or water

Directions: Mix wheat or oat bran, psyllium, whey, cinnamon/stevia  in a bowl. Heat almond milk or water in microwave for 2 minutes, then stir and add flax stir again.
