Ingredients:FitLife Foods-Fiber Packed Porridge!
- 50 grams Wheat or Oat Bran (dry measure)
- 1 tbsp psyllium husk
- 2 tbsp whole flax seeds
- Cinnamon and stevia (to taste)
- 1 scoop whey protein vanilla (28 gram)
- 1cup sugar free almond milk or water
Directions: Mix wheat or oat bran, psyllium, whey, cinnamon/stevia in a bowl. Heat almond milk or water in microwave for 2 minutes, then stir and add flax stir again.
