Every once an a while incorporate high rep sets to finish off training a particular body part. Pick an exercise and aim for 75 reps. Push as hard as you can, if you have to stop, rest for 10 seconds and then get right back to it. Repeat until you finish al 75 reps.

You don't have to drive yourself crazy. If you have to ask "is this healthy" don't eat it. If it is packaged or has a shelf live of over 1 week, don't eat it! Also, please don't drink you calories.

Clean up your diet by eating lean protein and tons of veggies every 3 hours. Keep you complex carbs for early in the day. Drink lots of water!

The very second that "oh shit" moment hits you, SHUT it down. Right before you are about to attempt something that challenges you, your mind wants to doubt your ability. This happens to everyone. If you listen you will not fully commit to what your are attempting. So block it out. Commit! Know you will finish.

Dieters Dessert- Pnut Butter Protein Cups

Most of you know that I am a chocolate and pnut butter lover! I am always creating healthy versions of my favorite treats! These are a hit! Yummers!

Ingredients:
  • 2 scoops chocolate whey protein
  • 3 truvia packets 
  • 1.5 cups of liquid egg whites (Mix well)
  • Natural pnut butter
Recipe:
  • Use a cupcake pan mine makes 6 medium cups
  • cut aluminum foil and press it into each of the cupcake holes
  • Fill the cups half way then freeze 20 min
  • add 1/2 tbs of natural pnut butter to each
  • fill the cups covering the pnut butter and freeze 30 more minutes
